All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

The average shipping time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during busy periods — such as holidays or sale seasons — or due to customs procedures, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed where possible.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier. As a result, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country of delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees upon delivery.
